Role Description:
Our Inclusivity & Wellbeing Officer is here to make sure every member of UKCKMA feels welcome, safe, and supported. They help ensure classes are accessible for all abilities and provide guidance for students with additional needs. If any concerns arise about inclusion, well-being, or accessibility, they are the first point of contact. Their role is to work alongside instructors and families to make sure everyone can enjoy their martial arts journey.
