I've been with this club for 14 years. They've helped me with fitness, self defence & confidence. Fun, friendly & fierce. I've gone from being a novice to a blackbelt in kickboxing & karate with the help & guidance of supportive instructors & students alike. I can't recommend them highly enough. I can't imagine training anywhere else, with anyone else!!! Awesome club.

I have been a member of UKCK for just over 5 years. As soon as I started I felt really welcomed by everyone and so comfortable talking to all of the Instructors if I ever wasn''t too sure on something and wanted some extra guidance. It's a pleasure being part of such an incredibly friendly kickboxing class. I would 100% recommend this club to anyone interested in starting martial arts, whether karate or kickboxing.

My son joined UKCK when he was 4 years old. He was very shy and had no confidence or self-belief. The instructors were absolutely fantastic, encouraging him all the way and helping him not only with karate but also believing in himself. Now, 22 years later, he is still there, a Black Belt 4th dan and also an instructor. UKCK is not just a club...it's a family.
